3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed in-store, online, or via WhatsApp or phone.

• We accept cash, bank transfers, and select digital payment methods.

• Full payment must be made before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable government taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery services are available islandwide. Delivery charges may vary based on location, order size, or product type (e.g., live items).

• Live plant and livestock deliveries are only made on specific days to ensure quality.

• Delays caused by weather, transportation issues, or third-party logistics are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Non-living products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

• Live plants and livestock are non-refundable unless proven to be delivered dead or severely damaged upon arrival.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

• Products come with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty terms vary by brand.

• Custom aquarium setups include a limited service guarantee for structural components. Water quality and fish health depend on ongoing care and are not guaranteed unless part of a maintenance package.

• When creating an account on our website, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms.
